No returns or exchanges are accepted unless damaged or incorrect. 

In the case of receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with photos of the damaged product including your order number.

As products are made to order, it is difficult to offer exchanges since orders are made in bulk and rarely (if ever) restocked. Unfortunately, exchanges for most items are not guaranteed.
